Ralph Rodriguez brings over 25 years of experience spanning IT management, technology research and entrepreneurship in a variety of executive roles. In addition to his leadership role at New Technologies, he leads and participates in New Technologies’ portfolio of companies including Delfigo Security, a provider of identity security solutions, Blue Hill Research, a technology markets research company, Affiliated Healthcare Advisors, a healthcare strategic advisory firm and Stage 1 Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm. As someone who does not work directly at a TEM firm, I will be able to bring another point of view to TEMIA’s Executive Board and help it broaden the mission.
Rodriguez is currently a Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he has pioneered research on artificial intelligence (AI), cloud, mobile, neural science, and security technologies at the MIT Media Lab and Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology (HST) department.

He is a graduate of the management program GPMD-MBA at IESE Business School, Barcelona, Spain. In 1987 Rodriguez was selected as the US Army’s elite 10th Mountain Light Fighter Soldier of the Year and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal for his achievement. He is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War.
