TEMIA Orlando Meeting
Member participation made the March meeting a big success. There were 65 attendees from 35 member companies and six guest firms. Members can download copies of the presentations from 18 different firms. TEMIA will host webinars with meeting highlights. The May 3, webinar will address raising funds from investors. It is open to non-members, June’s webinar spotlights the next two most popular presentations from Orlando.
Erik Eames was re-elected Treasurer, Ralph Rodriquez and Mitch Black were re-elected for two at-large board positions.
Congratulations to John Perri (Comview) who joins David Spofford (Dimension Data); Larry Foster (Calero); Don Hobbs and Joe Chopek (Focus Point) in TEMIA’s Hall of Fame. Thank you for your leadership, and contributions to TEMIA and our industry.
Ezwim and Comview won the TEMIA Partnership Achievement award.
TEMIA welcomes AMI Strategies a guest at the meeting as its newest member.

September 6 Meeting
TEMIA’s next meeting will be in Las Vegas at CTIA’s Super Mobility conference. Register for the meeting and reserve a room. The best rooms will sell out early. We have a limited number of Conference Education passes for the show September 7-9.
TEMIA will be updating it members’ profile document. We will use some of the information for members’ profiles on the TEMIA website.

Let’s Make 2016 Our Best Year!
1. Beginning in February we will be scheduling webinars for our members and selected guests. The webinars feature carriers, industry analysts, and contacts from publications will help you members stay informed on key trends and best practices impacting telecom billing, technology, and the market.
2. Each association Member has one vote, but we welcome multiple people from our membership to participate on committees. Subject matter experts and other people in your organization are welcome to participate on different committees. For those that have not responded, please contact Joe Basili to let him know who you wish to get involved with a committee. Our committees include:
Membership (Evaluates membership applications and recruits new members.)
Benchmarks/Metrics (Identify areas to survey, benchmarks, and KPIs)
Standards (EDI, Invoice Standardization, Service Ordering and more!)
